NHS Health Check

We assist GP’s and Health Check providers signpost eligible consumers to local clinics where they can have their NHS Health Check.

GP’s do not always have enough time or resource to manage effective patient recruitment campaigns for the NHS Health Check service.

This can be a barrier for local health authorities who fail to secure commitment from GP’s who are not willing to offer the NHS Health Check service.

How do we help commissioners:

  • Engage with local providers to widen access to Health Check schemes
  • Identify alternate providers such as community pharmacies and home visits
  • Coordinate local provider partnerships
  • Advise and support procurement projects
  • Provide quarterly management data on uptake and reasons for not attending
  • Target patients offered not received and outstanding

How do we help GP’s and providers:

  • Support GP’s and providers set up their engagement programmes
  • Coordinate and set up local provider partnerships
  • Implement contact management and marketing software
  • Implement, manage or support patient engagement cycles
  • Make call backs, repeat calls and appointment confirmations
  • Chase eligible patients who have not received a health check
  • Qualify why patients do not want to attend
  • Qualify if patients would attend at an alternate location
  • Refer to an alternate appointment, such as a pharmacy or home visit
